1. Present second petition has been filed under Section 483 of BNSS 2023 for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.10, dated 23.02.2025, under Sections 109, 115 (2), 118 (1), 3 (5), {118 (2), 117 (2) added later on} BNS 2023, at Police Station Sangat, District Bathinda
