1. The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS seeking directions to the respondents to supply the complete investigation record including the enquiry report prepared by DSP, Mansa on the application of petitioner dated 30/31.07.2020 and the cancellation report prepared on 29.09.2020 relating to FIR No.115 dated 13.07.2020, registered under Sections 451, 323, 506, 447, 511 IPC, at Police Station City-1, Mansa, District Mansa.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner was falsely implicated in the said FIR only with a motive to avoid payment by complainant Arshinder Singh which is due with him. He further contends that the petitioner filed an application for conducting an inquiry in the said FIR from a senior officer and he has also given detail of amount which is due with Arshinder Singh. Learned counsel contends that in the said FIR, inquiry was conducted and thereafter cancellation report was prepared. He further contends that the petitioner filed an application dated 21.10.2025 (Annexure P-8) for supplying the complete investigation record including copies of inquiry report and cancellation report but no action has been taken so far on the said application.
3. Learned State counsel, who has appeared on advance notice of the petition, has submitted that application of the petitioner will be decided as per law.
4. In view of the above, without commenting anything on the merits of the case, the present petition is disposed of at this stage with a direction to the respondents-State to consider and decide the aforesaid application dated 21.10.2025 (Annexure P-8) in accordance with law.
