Present petition has been filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita seeking grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.121 dated 02.06.2025, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 21(c), 25 and 29 of the NDPS Act and Section 25 of the Arms Act at Police Station Lopoke, District Amritsar Rural.
