1. This revision petition has been preferred against the judgment dated 26.07.2012 passed by learned Sessions Judge, Sangrur, vide which, judgment of conviction and order on quantum of sentence dated 27.11.2009 passed by learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sangrur have been upheld, in case stemming from FIR No.198, dated 26.05.2004, registered under Sections 279/337/304-A/427 of IPC at Police Station Kotwali, Sangrur, and the petitioner was sentenced as under :

Offence under Section(s) Sentence
279 IPC R.I. for six months
304-A IPC R.I. for one year and fine of Rs.500/-
337 R.I. for six months
