This revision petition has been preferred against the judgment dated 28.07.2012 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge (Fast Track Court), Jalandhar, vide which, judgment of conviction and order on quantum of sentence dated 14.08.2010 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Nakodar have been upheld, in case stemming from FIR No.41, dated 09.02.2004, registered under Sections 406/420 of IPC at Police Station Shahkot and the petitioner was sentenced as under :
