The present petition has been filed under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking regular bail in case bearing FIR No.21 dated 30.01.2025 under Sections 115(2)/118(1)/126(2)/109 of BNS registered at Police Station Mullanpur Garibdass, District SAS Nagar Mohali.
