The prayer in the revision petition is for setting aside the summoning order dated 29.03.2023 passed by the Addl. Sessions Judge, Gurdaspur under Section 319 Cr.P.C.

2. The brief facts of the case are that an FIR No.05 dated 20.01.2018 U/s 307, 324, 323, 427, 379, 506, 148, 149 IPC and Section 25 of Arms Act P.S.
