The instant appeal has been filed under Section 14-A of the Scheduled Caste and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 (for short ‘SC/ST Act’) by the appellant against the order dated 18.09.2024 passed in case arising out of FIR No. 44 dated 22.03.2024 registered under Sections 302, 328, 468, 469, 471, 201 and 120-B of IPC, Section 61-A of the Punjab Excise Act and Section 3(2)(v) of SC/ST Act, at Police Station Sunam, District Sangrur, whereby an application for grant of regular bail as filed by the appellant, had been dismissed.
