By way of present petition filed under Section 483 of BNSS 2023, prayer has been made for grant of interim bail to the petitioner for a period of one month in case bearing FIR No.105/2025 dated 26.03.2025 registered under Sections 318(4), 61(2), 3(5), 204 BNS, 2023 & 66-D of IT Act, 2000(420, 120-B, 34, 170 IPC, 1860 & 66-D of IT Act, 2000) at P.S. Cyber East, Gurugram, wherein the petitioner was arrested on the basis of allegations made by complainant that he was victim of a cyber crime and cheated for an amount of Rs.1,80,08,440/- by the petitioner having impersonated as an officer of the police and CBI.
