The present petition under Section 528, BNSS, 2023, has been filed by the petitioner, for quashing of FIR No.168 dated 05.08.2025 (Annexure P-1), for the offences punishable under Section 3(1)(s) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities), Act, registered at Police Station B-Division, Dstrict Amritsar, with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise dated 23.11.2025 (Annexure P-2).

2. Vide order dated 01.12.2025, the affected parties were directed to appear before the learned Trial Court/Illaqa Magistrate, for getting their respective statements recorded with regard to the compromise.

3. Report has since been received from learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Amritsar, in pursuance to the directions of this Court wherein,
