1. By way of this appeal, the appellant has challenged the judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 03.02.2026 passed by learned Judge, Special Court, Mansa, vide which the appellant was sentenced to undergo rigorous imprisonment for a period of six months along with fine of Rs.2,000/- for the offence punishable under Section 15(b) of NDPS Act and in default of payment of fine to further undergo Rigorous imprisonment for a period of 10 days, in case FIR No.194 dated 10.10.2018, under Section 15 of NDPS Act registered at Police Station Sardulgarh, District Mansa.
