1. The present intra-court appeal has been filed by way of Letters Patent Appeal seeking to challenge the order dated 05.03.2026 passed by learned Single Judge in CWP-25709-2025.

2. Learned counsel for the appellant has submitted that the appellant attained the age of superannuation on 30.04.2025 and had applied for a one- year extension, which was rejected. The grievance raised by the appellant before learned Single Judge pertains to the respondents' refusal to grant the said extension. He further submitted that the respondents had taken a plea before learned Single Judge that various complaints were pending against the appellant, which was cited as the reason for denying the extension.

3. Learned counsel further submitted that vide impugned order dated 05.03.2026, learned Single Judge adjourned the matter to 25.03.2
