Police Station Puranpur, District Pilibhit (UP) against Surjit Singh and Paramjit Singh and during investigation of the said FIR, it was found that the accused persons had prepared false passport and subsequently, the petitioner was also named as accused, while submitting the report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. with the allegations that he, along with two other persons, has also helped the main accused in preparation of the passport. It is further submitted that later on, when the present FIR was registered against one Gurjeet Singh @ Lada under Sections 307, 353, 186, 467, 468, 476 IPC and Section 25 of Arms Act relating to an incident, in which he was found involved in committing primary offence punishable under Section 307 IPC and during the investigation, he was found in possession of certain fake documents and on the basis of disclosure statement made by him, again it has come in the investigation that the petitioner has helped him in preparation of certain documents.
