Present civil writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari seeking quashing of the charge-sheet dated 07.11.2013 (Annexure P-7), inquiry report dated 18.11.2014 (Annexure P-9), the order dated 08.11.2018 (Annexure P- 11) passed by respondent No.3, imposing penalty of recovery and the order dated 31.05.2022 (Annexure P-13) passed by the Secretary of the respondent- Board, dismissing the appeal filed by the petitioner.
