This is a civil revision petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside the order dated 12.09.2023 passed by Civil Judge (Junior Division), Fatehgarh Sahib, as per which the petitioners- plaintiffs have been barred from leading further evidence, even though additional issues have been framed.
