1. The present appeal has been preferred against the award dated 05.10.2015 passed in the claim petition filed under Section 166 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 by the learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Sangrur (for short, 'the Tribunal'), whereby, claim petition filed by the appellants/claimants, was dismissed.

BRIEF FACTS OF THE CASE

2. The brief facts of the case are that the deceased was 45 years old, who was serving in Homeguard department and was earning Rs.15,000/- per mensem; that on 17.10.2014 deceased Jagtar Singh was going from Bhawanigarh to
