1. The present petition has been filed under Section 482 BNSS, 2023, for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.7, dated 05.1.2026, under Sections 108, 351(2) BNS, registered at Police Station Civil Lines Batala, Police District Batala, District Gurdaspur.
