1. The present revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, seeking issuance of a direction to the learned Trial Court to decide the application for injunction under Order 39 Rules 1 and 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908. A further prayer has also been made for expeditious disposal of Civil Suit bearing No. CS-1165-2021 in a time-bound manner.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent No.1/plaintiff had instituted a suit for declaration against the petitioner/defendant. It is further submitted that the petitioner/defendant filed the written statement as well as reply to the injunction application on 07.09.2022; however, despite the lapse of more than three years, the said injunction application has not yet been decided by the learned Trial Court.
