1. The present Civil Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned order dated 24.02.2026 (Annexure P-13) passed by respondent No.2, whereby the licence of the petitioner has been cancelled.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that by way of the impugned order dated 24.02.2026 (Annexure P-13), the Deputy Commissioner and Registrar, Gurugram has cancelled the stamp vendor licence of the petitioner. While referring to the aforesaid order, he submitted that the same is on the face of it a non-speaking order and is not backed by any reasons.
