(cid:1)(cid:2) Petitioners seek quashing of FIR No.40 dated 19.09.2024 under Sections 115(2), 118(1), 126, 190 and 191(3) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Police Station City Ahmedgarh, District Malerkotla, Punjab and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise

dated 30.10.2024.

(cid:3)(cid:2) On 06.08.2026, this Court directed the parties to appear before learned trial Court/Illaqa Magistrate for recording of their statements with

regard to compromise dated 30.10.2024.

(cid:4)(cid:2) In compliance of the aforesaid order, parties appeared before learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Malerkotla on 11.08.2026. Statement of Investigating Officer ASI Amandeep Kaur was recorded on

13.08.2026. Learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Malerkotla, has submitted her report recording satisfaction that all the parties have entered into a valid compromise without any influence or coercion. Point-wise report

as under has been submitted:

“(1) As per record, total eleven accused persons namely Saddam Hussain, Mohd. Adil, Parvez Muhammad, Subhan, Shehbaz alias Baju, Akram Khan, Khurshaida, Zubaida, Sahil, Imran Khan and Vikram Verma alias Rajan were arraigned in

the present FIR.

2. As per record, all the accused as stated above have come

present for recording statement in the court.

3. As per statement of Investigating Officer, during investigation neither any other person has been nominated as an additional accused nor any other person has been made a party to the

compromise.

4. As per statement of Investigating Officer, the above named accused have never been declared as proclaimed person in the present case or in any other case and nor any such proclamation proceedings were initiated against them. No other criminal case

is pending against accused persons.

5. As per statement of Investigating Officer, after registration of the present FIR no any other offence has been added or deleted

during investigation.

6. As per the statement of Investigating Officer, accused persons

have not been declared as innocent in the present case.

7. As per record, there is one complainant namely Dilwar Ali and two injured/aggrieved namely Seema and Mohd. Qasim

alias Mani in the present case.

8. As per record, there is only one complainant and two injured/aggrieved and they have come present in the court for

recording statement.

9. As per statement of the Investigating Officer, the case is still at the stage of investigation and the police report has not yet

been submitted before the court.

10. As per statements of both the parties they have compromised the matter with with free consent and without any pressure. Thus from statement of both the parties this court is satisfied that compromise effected between them is genuine, voluntary and is an outcome of free will of both the parties and not the result of

any fraud or misrepresentation.

11 As per statement of Investigating Officer, except the present FIR the accused persons namely Akbar Khan, Parvez Muhammad, Imran Khan and Vikram Verma alias Rajan have involved in other FIRs also and the detail of the same is as

under-
