1. The petitioners say that they are living in relationship but against the wishes of the private respondents. They also say that they have moved a representation Annexure P-3 for protection of their life and liberty but it has not been decided till date.

2. Notice of motion to the official respondents only at this stage.

3. Mr. Akash Yadav, AAG, Punjab accepts notice on their behalf and makes a statement at Bar that for the prayer made, he does not intend to file response to the petition in question.

4. In view of his such statement but without commenting anything upon the validity or otherwise of the alleged relationship of the petitioners and contents of the petition in question, the present petition is disposed off with a direction to the official respondents to decide the representation Annexure P-3 of the petitioners in accordance with law and if the need be, protect their life and liberty.

5. Interim application/s, if any, also stand/s disposed off.
