Resultantly, Shri Munish Kumar Gulati received multiple, serious and grievous injuries and he was shifted to the MMIMSR Mullana. A case FIR No.33 dated 08.03.2024, under Sections 279 and 304A IPC was registered at Police Station Mullana, District Ambala. The other averments of the claim petition were denied and prayer for dismissal of the petition was made.
