Order
1. Considering the identical factual narrative the instant petitions were clubbed together for efficacious adjudication and disposal.
2. Learned counsel for the respondent-State has submitted that instant controversy pertains to advertisement dated 19.05.2023 whereby, approximately 5000 vacancies were advertised for the post Female Health Worker (ANM).
3. After hearing the matter for a while, this Court is of the opinion that various type of disputes arise whenever any selection process is initiated or any vacancies are issued; for instance:
(i) Category change issue (ii) Disabilities Issue (Physical Handicapped)
(iii) Eligibility and the bona fides of the experience certificates as the salary in a majority of cases is paid in cash (iv) Registration of the candidate(s) with Rajasthan Nursing Council (v) Absence of prescribed format qua experience certificate (vi) COVID-19 period experience vis a vis award of bonus marks and equivalence drawn by Asha Sehyogni/Anganwadi Worker (vii) Other technical lapses like non submission of application form within time, unavailability of relevant documents prior to cut-off date etc.
