In the instant writ petition, petitioner has challenged his

suspension order dated 17.7.2020.

After arguing for some time, counsel for petitioner seeks

permission to make a representation before respondents to

review/revoke the suspension order in light of the judgment

passed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court in Ajay Kumar Choudhary

Vs Union of India [(2015) 7 SCC 291].

Counsel for respondents states that in case petitioner moves

representation, same would be considered and decided

accordingly.
