The present application has been filed seeking rectification of

the typographical error crept in the order dated 07.09.2021,

passed by this Court in SB Civil Writ Petition No.3215/2019 (Paras

Kumar Vs. State of Raj. & Ors.).

Learned counsel for the applicants submitted that

inadvertently, while typing the order dated 07.09.2021, the date

of the impugned order has wrongly been mentioned as

“05.08.2021” instead of “13.02.2019” in para-3 of the order.
