The present bail application has been filed under Section 439

Cr.P.C. The petitioner has been arrested in connection with FIR

No.199/2022, Police Station Hamirgarh, District Bhilwara for the

offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 34 and 307 of

the IPC.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that similarly

situated co-accused Hari Singh has already been granted bail by

this Court and the case of the present petitioner is not

distinguishable from that of the co-accused. The petitioner is in

judicial custody and trial of the case will take sufficiently long

time. Therefore, the benefit of bail should be granted to the

accused-petitioner.
