This appeal under Section 374(2) Cr.P.C. is filed by the

appellants against the judgment dated 02.09.1992 passed by the

learned Additional Sessions Judge No.3, Jodhpur (for short ‘the

trial court’ hereinafter) in Sessions Case No.25/90 by which the

appellants have been convicted for the offence punishable under

Section 302/34 IPC and sentenced for life imprisonment with a

fine of Rs.2500/-, in default of payment of fine to further undergo
