 This application for bail under Section 483 BNSS has been filed by the petitioner who has been arrested in connection with F.I.R. No.30/2023 registered at Police Station CBN Neemach, for offence under Section 8/18 of the NDPS Act.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Public Prosecutor. Perused the material available on record.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that co-accused namely Firoj Mohammad has already been enlarged on bail by this Court vide order dated 29.07.2024 in Criminal Misc. IInd Bail Application No.9070/2024. The order dated 29.07.2024 passed by this Court is reproduced hereinbelow:-
