The present bail application has been filed under Section 439

Cr.P.C. The petitioner has been arrested in connection with FIR No.

446/2022 registered at Police Station Sadar Bundi, District Bundi

for the offence under Section(s) 147, 148, 149, 307, 341 & 323

IPC and later on for the offence under Section(s) 147, 148, 341,

323, 324, 325 & 307/149 IPC.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has falsely

been implicated in this case. He submits that the allegation

against the petitioner is of inflicting injury by blunt weapon which
