1. Since common question of law and facts are involved in these petitions, hence with the consent of counsel for the parties, all these matters are taken up for final disposal. For convenience, the prayer mentioned in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.10416/2024 is taken into consideration.

2. The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer:-

“It is, therefore, humbly prayed that Your Lordship may graciously be pleased to accept and allow this writ petition and by an appropriate writ, order or direction:

1. The impugned order dated 31.05.2024 (Annexure-19) may be declared as illegal and arbitrary and accordingly the same may be quashed and set aside in the interest of justice.

2. To direct respondents to allow the petitioner to work on his post i.e. as Legal Metrology Officer at District Jhalawar with all consequential orders.

3. Any order passed by the respondents after order dated 31.05.2024 contrary to rights of the petitioner may also be quashed and set aside by taking the same on record.

4. Any other appropriate order, which may be found just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case,
