Learned counsel for the respondent submits that under Order

Rule 29, sub-Rule (2) of Rajasthan Farmers' Participation in

Management of Irrigation System Rules, 2002 the petitioners

have an alternate remedy of appeal against the order dated

(2 of 2)

[CW-8717/2012]

18.05.2012 (Annex.-4) passed by the Chairman, Water

Distribution Committee, Sri Ganganagar.

In view of the submission made above, since the petitioner

has remedy available as laid down under Rule 29 of the Rajasthan

Farmers' Participation in Management of Irrigation System Rules,

2002 therefore, the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the

writ petition with liberty to agitate the cause before the

appropriate forum.

Permission to withdraw the writ petition is granted.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with

liberty to the petitioners to avail the alternative remedy, if so

desired.
