In S.B. Criminal Misc(Pet.) No. 1026/2022:

List the matter after two weeks, as prayed.

Interim order, if any, shall continue till the next date.

In S.B. Criminal Misc(Pet.) No. 1227/2022:

Learned Public Prosecutor makes a statement that until the

evidence gather till now, the offence under Section 120-B is made

out and the offence under Sections 420, 406, 409 & 477-A are not

made out.

Learned Public Prosecutor however opposes the petition of

other accused person namely Santosh Kumar Joshi.

The factual report furnished by the learned Public Prosecutor

is taken on record.

In the given factual matrix, the present petition is disposed

of with the liberty to the petitioner to file the bail bonds before the

learned trial court at the time of filing of charge-sheet. Further,

the petitioner shall also be at liberty to take up all the legal issues

before the learned trial court at appropriate stage. However, in

case, the petitioner fails to extend the necessary cooperation, the

trial court shall be free to proceed strictly in accordance with law.

All pending applications also stand disposed of.
