The present bail application has been filed under Section 439
Cr.P.C. in connection with FIR No. 4/2023 Registered at Police
Station Special Crime & Cyber Police Station Commissionrate
Jaipur for the offence(s) under Sections 465, 466, 467, 468, 469,
471 IPC and Sections 43, 66, 66C, 66D of IT Act, Section 63B of
Copyright Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner
has been falsely implicated in this case. He is behind the bars
since 31.01.2023. Offence against the petitioner is triable by
Magistrate and conclusion of trial may take long time. Hence, the
petitioner may be enlarged on bail.

Learned Public Prosecutor has opposed the bail application.

Considering the contentions put-forth by the counsel for the
petitioner and taking into account the facts and circumstances of
the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the
case, this court deems it just and proper to enlarge the petitioner
on bail.

Accordingly, the bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is
allowed and it is ordered that the accused-petitioner Sonu Kumar
Son Of Shri Sundarlal be enlarged on bail provided he furnishes
a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties of
Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court with
the stipulation that he will appear before the trial court on all
subsequent dates of hearing and as and when called upon to do
so.
