Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned

Public Prosecutor and also perused the material on record.

The petitioner has been arrested in FIR No.140/2022 of

Police Station Motagaon, District Banswara for the offences

punishable under Sections 363, 366 & 376(2)(d)(3) of the IPC and

Section 5(tha)/6 of POCSO Act, 2012 & Section 3(W)(I)(II), SC/ST

Act. He has preferred this bail application under Section 439

Cr.P.C.
