allowed vide order dated 02.08.2016 and the matter was
remanded back for adjudication after giving reasonable
opportunity of hearing to both the parties. The order passed by
the Additional District Collector, Phalodi on 02.08.2016 was
challenged by the petitioners before the Additional Divisional
Commissioner, Jodhpur who allowed the appeal filed by the
petitioners vide its order dated 15.12.2017. The respondent No.1
