The present appeals pertain to the year 2019 and on
12.09.2019, while admitting the appeal, notices were directed to
be issued to the respondents.
2.
Vide office report dated 07.03.2020, it was pointed out that
notices of respondent Nos.2, 3 & 5 have been received unserved
for want of fresh address as the noticees had shifted to another
address. Subsequent to the same, power on behalf of respondent
Nos.2 and 3 was filed and hence, service qua them stood
complete. However, notices of respondent No.5 were directed to
be filed with correct address for which time was granted by the
Court on 05.02.2022.

In pursuance to order dated 05.02.2022, the notices were
filed again with the same old address and therefore, vide order
dated 29.06.2022, time was again granted to file the notices with
correct address. But again, the notices were filed with the same
old address and hence, on 22.08.2023, again two weeks’ time was

granted for filing of notices with correct address. On that date, it
was observed that if the notices with the correct address are not
filed within the stipulated period, the appeals would be listed
before the Court for dismissal.

As per the office report dated 26.09.2023, the notices have
again been filed with the same address.

In view of the same, the present appeals are dismissed in
non-compliance.
6.
Stay petitions and all pending applications, if any, stand
disposed of.
