This bail application has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C.

F.I.R. No.344/2022 was registered at Police Station Badi,

District Dholpur for the offence/s mentioned therein.

3. It is contended by counsel for the petitioner that initially case

has been registered under Section 302 and 120-B of IPC but after

investigation police has submitted charge-sheet under Section

498-A and 306 of IPC. Petitioner has two school going children.

Petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case as he has

nothing to do with the alleged incident. The petitioner is behind
