The instant misc. petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been
filed by the petitioner for quashing of FIR No.293/2022, registered
at Police Station Kotwali Pali, Distt. Pali for offence under Sections
452, 354, 323, 420, 406 of IPC.
Learned Public Prosecutor has submitted a report dt.
30.01.2023 received from the concerned Police Station wherein it
is stated that after thorough investigation, the police is going to
file FR in this case so the present misc. petition has become
infructuous.
The report so submitted by the learned Public Prosecutor is
taken on record.

In the aforesaid circumstances, the criminal misc. petition is
dismissed as having become infructuous. Stay petition is also
dismissed.
