Order

1. All these bail applications have been filed by the accused petitioners under section 483 of the BNSS, 2023 in connection with FIR No.0319/2024 registered on 17.04.2024 at Police Station Jawahar Circle, District Jaipur City (East) for the offences punishable under sections 419, 420, 471, 120B IPC and after conclusion of the investigation charge-sheet was submitted for the offences under sections 419, 420, 370(3), 467, 468, 471, 201 and 120B IPC and sections 18,19 and 20 of the Transplantation of Human Organs & Tissues Act, 1994 (for short ‘TOHO Act’).

The brief facts of the case are that on 17.04.2024 Dr. Rashmi Gupta, Appropriate Authority, Human Organ & Tissues Transplantation Directorate, Medical Education, Jaipur, submitted a written report to the Station House Officer, Police Station Jawahar Circle, for registration of the First Information Report.

3. On the basis of aforesaid written report, on 17.04.20243 an FIR No.0319/2024 for the offences punishable under sections 419, 420, 471, 120B IPC was registered. The contents of the FIR are as under:-

4. After registration of the FIR, the investigation of the case was handed over to Mr. Gopal Dhaka, RPS, Assistant Police Com
