1. The petitioners have approached this Court with a grievance that petitioners’ village is proposed to be included in a Gram Panchayat, which is about 12 kms away whereas, the present Gram Panachayat headquarter in which petitioners’ village is presently included namely ‘Kheda Bagoriya’, is only 3 KM away from their village.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that though a representation dated 08.04.2025 has been furnished but the respondent – authorities are not likely to consider the same in view of the immense political pressure upon them.

3. Be that as it may.

4. The writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the petitioner to file a fresh representation along with photo copy of the earlier representation dated 08.04.2025, copy of the circular dated 10.01.2025 and certified copy of the order instant within a period of three days from today.

5. In case, a representation is so addressed, the competent authority – District Collector shall consider the same in accordance with law in light of the Circular dated 10.01.2025 issued by the State Government.

6. It is made clear that aforesaid direction to decide the representation has been issued only with a view to ensure expeditious redressal of petitioners’ grievance. The same may not be construed to be an order to decide the representation in a particular manner.

7. In case any order prejudicial to petitioners’ right is passed, their legal right to challenge the same shall stand reserved.

8. Stay application also stands disposed of.
