1. Daughter (Petitioner No.1) and mother (Petitioner No.2) are pitted against mother-in-law herein. They are seeking quashing of an FIR No.273/2024, dated 01.07.2024, for the alleged offences committed under Section 380 (Theft in a dwelling house) r/w Section 120-B of IPC, lodged at the instance of the respondent No.2 at P.S. Phalodi, District Phalodi and all consequential proceedings.

2. It is stated that the marriage between the petitioner No.1 and son of respondent No.2 (complainant) was solem
