The factual report dated 08.05.2025 indicates that in the result of investigation, the offences under Sections 452, 342, 376(3), 376(da), 509, 354 and 376(2)(n) of IPC; and Sections 3(a)/4,5(g)(l)/6, 16/17 of POCSO Act have been prima facie found to be proved against the present petitioner.

Heard learned counsel for the parties at Bar.
