1. Present petition is filed under Section 528 BNSS against the order dated 22.04.2025 passed by Metropolitan Magistrate No.6, Jaipur Metropolitan-I, Jaipur in furtherance to the FIR No.109/2021 dated 15.03.2021 registered at Police Station Shyam Nagar, Jaipur (South) for the offences 406, 420 and 120B of IPC.
