1. The instant second bail application has been filed under Section 483 BNSS on behalf of the accused-petitioner. The petitioner has been arrested in connection with FIR No.157/2022 registered at Police Station Sadar Bikaner, District Bikaner, for the offences under Sections 8/22 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (hereinafter “the NDPS Act”)
