1) The present writ petition has been filed with the following prayers:-
i) By an appropriate writ, order or direction, Respondent No.1 may be directed to complete the treatment of the present petitioner and respondent Nos.2 & 3 may be directed to give permission to the petitioner to undertake IVF treatment.
ii) By an appropriate writ, order and direction, Hon’ble Court may pass any other writ order or direction which this Hon’ble Court deems just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case in favour of the petitioner.
iii) Cost of the petition may kindly be awarded in favour of the petitioner.
2) The main grievance of the petitioner is that she commenced treatment through assisted reproductive technology for conception of child and the treatment was started initially on 2nd April 2024. At the
