1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that in the identical situation, a writ petition in the case of Satya Narayan Dhakar V/s The State of Rajasthan & Ors. (S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.18038/2024) has been dismissed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 04.11.2024. He further submits that the order passed by the learned Single Judge has been affirmed by the Hon’ble Division Bench in D.B. Special Appeal (Writ) No.206/2025 (Satya Narayan Dhakar V/s The State of Rajasthan & Ors.) vide order dated 27.02.2025. He, therefore, prays that the interim order passed in the present cases may be vacated.
