1. By way of filing the present criminal misc. petition under Section 528 BNSS, the petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:-

“It is therefore most respectfully prayed that this misc. petition filed by the petitioner may kindly be allowed and the impugned order dated 21.01.2025 passed the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, Jayal, District Nagour In Supurdaginama Application No.02/2025 (Sessions Case No.140/2023) offences punishable under Sections 143, 323, 302, 307, 427, 120-B of Indian Penal Code & under Sections 3/25 of the Arms Act, may kindly be quashed and set- aside and application under Section 451 Cr.P.C. filed by the Petitioner may kindly be allowed as prayed for. Any other relief, which your Lordships may deem just and proper in the facts and circumstances of this
