These applications for bail under Section 483 of BNSS (439 Cr.P.C.) have been filed by the petitioners who have been arrested in connection with F.I.R. No.27/2022, registered at Police Station Kanera, District – Chittorgarh for offences under Sections 8/15 & 8/29 of the NDPS Act and Sections 307, 353, 379 & 411 of the IPC and Section 3/25 of the Arms Act.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Public Prosecutor. Perused the material available on record.

As per the case of the prosecution, on 05.04.2022 at about 1:20 am during Nakabandi at Road Sarhad, Paangarh, P.S. Kanera, one Scorpio car without having any registration number was seen coming in full speed. The driver of the said car fled away with the car. The car was followed. One pick up was also running behind the said Scorpio car. The pick up driver was given signal to stop the vehicle but he did not stop and, therefore, the aforesaid pick up was stopped by puncturing its tyre. The driver and the person sitting beside him in the said pick up tried to ran away from the spot. The driver was chased and apprehended. He disclosed his name as Sunil
