1. Since both the appeals have been filed against the impugned judgment dated 11.12.2000 passed by learned District & Sessions Judge, Jodhpur in Sessions Case No.45/1995, therefore, the same are being decided by this common judgment.
1.1 D.B. Criminal Appeal No.226/2001 has been preferred on behalf of the State against the impugned judgment to the extent of acquittal of the accused namely Tej Karan, Arvind and Rambha Devi.
1.2. D.B. Criminal Appeal No.752/2000 has been preferred to challenge the impugned judgment to the extent of conviction of the accused-appellants.
1.3. The accused-appellants herein have been convicted and sentenced as below vide the aforementioned judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 11.12.2000.
