1. The instant bail application has been filed under Section 483 with Section 187(2) of B.N.S.S. on behalf of the accused-peti- tioner. The accused-petitioner has been arrested in connection with FIR No.0019/2022 registered at Police Station Sadar, Baran, District Baran, for the offence(s) under Sections 8 and 15 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychtropic Substances Act, 1985.
2. Learned counsel for the accused-petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and he is in judicial custody since 05.07.2024. He further submits that a proper charge-sheet has not been filed within 180 days, therefore, the petitioner should be given benefit of default bail under Section 187(2) of B.N.S.S. He further submits that the trial of the case will take considerable time and further custody of the petitioner would not serve any fruitful purpose. He further submits that the charge- sheet filed was incomplete and, therefore, should not be considered as proper
